Car
we need at least the cars for 9 days: so from the 12th until the 21st
The cheapest is around : 600 E for a wan for 7 people
350 E for a car for another 5 people
Gas: probably 2 x 200 E is enough

With the following company we have unlimited kms.... That's good... With others we have 2700 Km for free than we have to pay for each km 0,21 E And since just to get there and back is around 2600 km... I think it's better to stay safe...

Train
We went to ask on the place and also called in for a second opinion and of course they sad two different things:
First we got an offer for a group of 12: 2481 true Budapest 2505 true Croatia
this would make more than 208 E/pers. If we book it one by one it would be around 500 E
Than the guy sad it would be one way 131 E for one person but there is no guaranty if there is enough place for all of us.... 'Timi' Deutsche Bahn
Plane
I think we all looked already... With one luggege cheked in costs: 136 E There are still places... Starts from Cologne-Bonn
there is a little problem with the train connections... It takes a half day just to get there because we have to change at least twice or even 4 times...
and of course it costs some extra... so in this case it would be the best if we could arrange to have the
busses from the Uni to take us.
Edit (Larissa): Someone said, there is the possibility to take the GermanWing ticket. Around 25 €. Is it each way, or back and forth? It's possible... but the fact that there is no good connection doesn't changes... Timi The Uni bus won't be able to take 12 people right? there are 2 busses at least, we took a trip to Halle with them... 'Timi...'

From Leipzig/Halle - Flughafen to Belgrade: 126 E
We would leave on Saturday at 12:00 and would be there at 15:00.. next day ( there is no other possibility) Back on Sunday at 11:00 is the bus and we would be in Leipzig on Monday morning at 4:30 'Timi'
