Description
During her workshop, Cao Jing, lecturer at the College for Design and Innovation of Tongji University Shanghai, discusses "Participatory Community" as a conceptional design topic in Weimar and Shanghai.
Cao Jing teaches service design and interaction design. Together with the participants she will explore the term Community Empowerment. How does it relate to the concepts of Public Engagement, User Generated Content, and Social Computing?
Participants of the workshop will develop a social computing concept focusing on the connection between Weimar and Shanghai. The choice of medium to present the concept depends on the interest and technical background of the participants.
