Human and Non Human Performances
Project outline:
Three objects of whatever size, think of Franz Wests Passstücke.
Cameras, able to track movements in space, are placed in front of a white wall filming one human being interacting with one of the objects.
In virtual space the human being and the object are fusing depending on a code (color, size, movement).
Every object is different of course, as every human is.
In virtual space human beings and objects are equivalent. It is not to tell what the outcome of the fusion is.
Thoughts:
Merge with me. / Would you like to merge with me?
Do you think we could merge? / I’d like you to merge with me.
Quotes:
