Editing this Wiki

To edit pages in this wiki you must create an user account and log in. Once you are logged in with your username you can edit any page of this wiki. To edit a page you must click on “edit” on the top of the page or on the small pen icons to edit sections of the page. This page explains the syntax you may use to format your edits. This Wiki uses MediaWiki, the same software like Wikipedia. This is why the syntax may be familiar to you if you have edited Wikipedia before.

Quick Help

Text formatting markup

This is just a short help reference. Find the full version here.

You can format your text using wiki markup. This consists of normal characters like asterisks, single quotes or equation marks which have a special function in the wiki, sometimes depending on their position. For example, to format a word in italic, you include it in two single quotes like ''this''

Comment <!--This is a comment-->
  1. Please be careful using the <nowiki> tag. There's currently a nasty bug in the Category Extension that adds a new line after each nowiki-tag on each preview. So: don't use it or avoid editing/previewing sections with nowiki tags.
  2. An article with four or more headings will automatically create a table of contents.
  3. Use of a level 1 heading is highly discouraged as it appears with the same formatting and size as the page title, which can be confusing.
