Klaus: Towards Mikrobiologie: just Plated samples of Puddle- and Stormwater on Petri dishes with LB and YEB Media, 1:10, 1:50 and 1:100 dilution. Since the incubator is occupied, I will incubate cultures at the actual room temperature. Please Check Plates for the Growth of microorganisms in the coming week.
