After using the aquarium for experiment 3 and finishing it I pulled a new mask over the glass. It consists of a black nontransparent back and three transparent foils at the front. I put the installation in front of the daylight lamp again and waited for two hours. | |||
After removing the mask I noticed that nothing has changed a all. The "Euglena" writing was still visible. I took a specimen to check under the microscope if the Euglena were okay. To my surprise the organisms were alive and moved. So this phenomenom must have another reason. | |||
