Ruben D'Hers was born in Venezuela 1980. Studied in Caracas Fine Arts at the Visual Arts School Cristobal Rojas with a major in painting. He is currently studying Media Art and Design/Electroacustic composition under Robin Minard in the Bauhaus University. His apprenticeship in music area has been self-taught, which helped him from the start to deal with the guitar in a particular way as main instrument. From 2000 he is active in experimental music scene in Caracas/Germany takings part on different projects influenced by rock, free jazz and improvised music.
