Between the two glass plates there is a small gap of about 2mm. In this gap I filled the Euglena medium from the Erlenmeyer flask. It is conspicuous that the medium does not seem to be green but very clear in this vessel, because the amount of medium is so small. The whole installation is covered with dark, nontranspartent paper on both sides. In the paper I cut some small shapes. I put the installation in front of a daylight lamp.
