Opening Times

Return	Wed 13:30 - 14:00
Rental	Wed 14:00 - 14.30
Reservation	Wed 13:30 - 14:30

 Please note that the GMU Ausleihe is open on Wednesdays 13.30 - 14.30 during the course period.
 Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions for rentals/returns outside of these times.

Renting Things

• You can reserve and rent things for exactly one renting period, that is 1 week.
• If you want to rent things for longer periods to prolonge your rental contract. For long-term reservations contact Darsha Hewitt: darsha.hewitt@uni-weimar.de .
• Priority: 1. GMU classes / presentations - 2. GMU students - 3. Students at the faculty of Media
• Rented equipment is NOT insured with Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. We strongly recommed you to provide a LIABILITY INSURANCE (Haftpflichtversicherung) that covers rented equipment. The (Haftpflichtversicherung des Studentenwerks) is not sufficient.

Returning Things

• Make sure, everything works just the way it did, when you borrowed it.
  
• Please report damage or loss immediately, so problems can be fixed shortly.
• Reserved equipment must be picked up and brought back during the openening times only.
  
• Reservations will be canceled 30 mins after closing time.
  
• Delayed return can lead to withdrawal of renting priviledges.

Leihordnung

If you decide to borrow equipment the Leihordnung (German only) applies.
