Wheat + Distilled Water, Boil, cool down and put Amoeba proteus in.

Wheat
1. Wheat (crushed) + Distilled Water, boil, cool down and put Amoeba proteus in. Take wheat out before it starts to mould.
2. Volvic Water and wheat (crushed) and put Amoeba proteus in. Take wheat out before it starts to mould.
3. Pond water (Ilm water from behind mensa) and wheat (crushed) and put Amoeba proteus in. Take wheat out before it starts to mould.
Rice
1. Rice + Soil (Heilerde) + Water + Amoebe
2. Rice + Komposterde + Water + Amoebe
