Images taken from the internet present protecting-masks, paintball-face guards, medical-equipment and -actions. An energetic and vivid hypnotical stream based on random algorithms. Changes happen fast and close to the edge of perception.
They correspond to an ambivalent function and character of masks in general: “hide/ protect” on one side “frightening/ intimidating" on the other.
Masks have been an essential part in ceremonies and ritual practices like "preparing for a fight" ever since. Wihtin the installation they enter the digital domain.
