The Ultimaker2 is a 3D-Printer.
It is located in the Digital Craft Lab (Room 008, Marienstraße 5).
If you have questions that you are unable to resolve with the support of other students or online forums:
please contact darsha.hewitt [ät] uni-weimar.de.
Access
Students who have attended an orientation session have access to the 3D printer - you can access the printer with your Toshka card.
Dates and times for the orientation sessions will be posted on the GMU mailing list
Darsha is currently working out some guidelines. They will be published on this very page.
Rules
For now here are three simple rules to keep in mind:
- You may only use the 3D printer, if you attended the 3D Printer Introduction by Darsha
- If you use the 3D printer you must stick to the guidelines set up and enforced by Darsha H. Hewitt
- Don't let other students into the room or print stuff for other people
unless this is part of a group project at GMU
