+I wrote a brief Analysis of the Interviews, with two topics that were reoccurring.
+Social: Almost everybody mentioned the importance of social exchange.This goes beyond using feedback. Interviewees cared about personal contact (“People should not just be names in a list…”) and ongoing exchange even after the challegnes.
+It seems that the biggest value of the challenges is the personal contact to other people who are interested in interaction design.
+Feedback: Was often mentioned as well. [...]One mentioned that it was important for him that the judges feedback helps to improve the designs.
+I would conclude that people value contact to mozilla staff as very positive.
