Social: Almost everybody mentioned the importance of social exchange.This goes beyond using feedback. Interviewees cared about personal contact (“People should not just be names in a list…”) and ongoing exchange even after the challegnes. | |||
It seems that the biggest value of the challenges is the personal contact to other people who are interested in interaction design. | |||
