- Develop lightweight user research methods
- Werkmodul HumanCenteredDesignResearch Teaching concept. Students learn to use needfinding and evaluation research techniques by designing for the university's library.

- Crowdsourcing@mozilla 1, 23: Mozilla Crowdsourcing is a international team of students redesigning Mozilla's outreach to the UX-Designer community.

- Usability for Search Interfaces: Netspeak Netspeak ist eine Software zum kontextsensitiven suchen von Wörtern. Der Interfaceentwurf erweitert das Suchfeld durch bekannte UI-Komponenten, die es ermöglichen, das Wort, für das Alterantiven gesucht werden sollen, einfach auszuwählen. Die zuvor genutzte Wildcard-Syntax ist nichtmehr nötig.
