2.1 Experimenting method
Experimenting with multiple samples. Test different living conditions such as brightness, medium and temperature, different food like oat flakes and mushrooms to find out the best way to grow slime mold.
2.2 Standard agar medium cooking recipe
1. Get 2 grams of compound agar (agar powder, Nacl etc.), 100ml Distilled water. 2. Put all the ingredients into a flask and cook it in the microwave oven for approximately 90 seconds until the mixture is clear. 3. Pour the mixture into 4 petri dishes and wait for cooling down. 4. Slightly put the samples on the jelly-like medium and cover them with caps. Watch and observe them closely.
