Überwachung kann die Privatsphäre unangenehm weit einschränken. Wer nach Aufstieg strebt, zahlt meist einen hohen Zoll. Als Kernaussage des Projekts war uns wichtig, die Themen Up-skirting und Überwachung kritisch zu behandeln. Unser Produkt watch your step soll durch die bewusst unangenehme Kameraposition darauf hinweisen. Die Konstruktion des Kameraarms stellte sich wegen der Stabilität als besonders herausfordernd dar. Neben dem 3D- Modell entstanden mehrere Prototypen, um die Funktionstüchtigkeit zu garantieren.

Surveillance can intrude uncomfortably far into someone’s own privacy. Those who yearn for ascension must pay a heavy toll. The key message of the project was to critically address the issues of up-skirting an surveillance. Our product watch your step is intended to indicate this by a deliberately uncomfortable camera position. The construction of the camera arm was particularly challenging due to the stability in the inclines. In addition to a 3D model, we created several prototypes to guarantee the functionality.
