In order to shape outdoor experiences more convenient, I set myself to optimate the tent peg. Beside the weight reduction the structure shell prevent the peg from bending and braking while driving in the peg.
Based on two dimensional calculations I found the structure which I translated in a three dimensional object. To accomplish this, I created a grashopper script where I could change the variables (like lengths and withs).
The head of the tent peg is designed in a round shape so you can drive it in with your hand or foot without pain as well. The thinner neck prevents the guy ropes from slipping over the peg.
