"I SEE YOU... Identitäten in den Räumen der Kunst“
"I SEE YOU... Identitäten in den Räumen der Kunst" is an interdisciplinary project that began through collaboration between Francis Zeischegg and Andrea Dreyer. Its aim was to examine the individual self-perception of participants as artists, designers, and educators, leading to a process of self-inquiry. Francis Zeischegg worked with students from the LAK (Art Education), VK (Visual Communication), and MKG (Media Art and Design) programs at the Faculty of Art and Design over three semesters.
The artistic impulses, exhibitions, and excursions are documented on the project's website.
The project "I SEE YOU... Identitäten in den Räumen der Kunst" initiated a dialogue with selected personalities from the fields of art, design, and education in Weimar, Berlin, and Ulm/Stuttgart. These encounters, along with the thorough analysis of conducted interviews, generated impulses that formed the basis for artistic experiments and productions within the project. These were showcased at the end of each semester and also exhibited during the "Denkraum Bauhaus" congress in September 2019 (Bauhaus 100).
