Waiting has come to an end. The courses for Bauhaus Summer School 2025 are online!

With our German course “Deutsch in Weimar”, we are once again offering a real highlight this year. The city of Weimar is not only an ideal place to learn the German language, but also gives participants the opportunity to get to know the culture and history of Germany. Registration for “German in Weimar” is open until June 15.

In addition to our language courses, we also offer numerous specialized courses. Whether you are interested in architecture, art, technology or media - there is something for everyone! Once again, there will be a course led by the President of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Peter Benz. Together with Cornelia Erdmann, he will teach the course “Art & the Senses”. The application deadline for our two-week specialized courses is May 1.

For everyone who would like to take part in Summer School but does not have 2-3 weeks time, we highly recommend to have a look at our crash-courses. Crash-courses teach the basics of a specific topic in a few afternoons/one weekend. The crash course “Spaces in Transformation”, for example, will deal with aspects of socio-ecological change in the Thuringian Forest during a weekend excursion. Registrations for cras-courses are possible until June 15.

We are already lookin forward to spending this Summer with you!
