Egor Gavrilov

Research Assistant & Teaching Assistant

Egor Gavrilov is a researcher and a teaching assistant at the Chair of Computer Science in Architecture at the Bauhaus-University Weimar.

He obtained his Bachelor's in Architecture in Moscow and afterwards continued as Master's student at the Bauhaus-University. During his studies he built connections to the computational approach in architectural and urban planning fields and augmented some of his works with the power of generative, evolutionary, and gamification approaches.

Now, he mostly focuses on the Parametric Urban Design and Analysis seminar course and on exploring the most recent methods of applying Machine Learning during his work on early architectural propositions. Additionally, Egor has a position as Digital Architect at ReHUB Forge GmbH based in Cologne.
