Inhalt
Nachdem wir während des „The Catwalk Instinct“ Kurses erste Erfahrungen mit Licht und Schatten in einer kontrollierten Studioumgebung und Routine im Umgang mit dem Equipment sammeln konnten, wollen wir mehr! Wir sind Fashion Victims! Wir sind elegant und tragen schöne Kleider. Der Catwalk-Confidence-Workout richtet sich an alle, die sich (weiter) intensiv mit der Fashionfotografie auseinandersetzen wollen und mit den Grundlagen der Studioarbeit bereits vertraut sind. Neben komplexeren und anwendungsorientierten Lichtsetups im Studio konzentrieren wir uns auf „On-Location shootings“ und „Outdoor Shootings“ mit Blitzlicht oder vorhandenem Licht. Darüber hinaus diskutieren wir das Modelposing sowie rechtliche Fragen und arbeiten an der Verfeinerung unserer Bildsprache durch die Postproduktion mit Photoshop. Das Ziel des Werkmoduls ist es, die zweiwöchigen Aufgabenstellungen zu bearbeiten und zu dokumentieren. Ausgewählte Arbeiten werden in einer weiteren Ausgabe des Loom Magazins „The Catwalk Instinct“ veröffentlicht.
The Catwalk-Confidence-Workout!
The course is designed to gain theoretical and practical knowledge about the mysteries that surround fashion photography, to map out the various styles and to develop ideas and suggestions of how to plan and arrange a fashion shooting. Based on the examples of sucsessfull fashion photographers and artistic positions from past and present, different light setups on location and outdoors as well as studio lighting and available light will be discussed and put to a practical test in different shooting assignments. The course shall encourage its participants to develop their own style, based on a recognition of their personal interests and skills. Selected works will be published in "The Catwalk Issue“ of the “Loom Magazine”. English on demand...
Here we go! On the catwalk!
The course „Analog/ Digital/ Egal“ is aimed at students in the Bachelor program. The objective is focused on a general overview of basic technical and compositional aspects of creative photography. The meetings are weekly and whensoever the students are given a practical exercise to celebrate the photographic lifestyle and to explore the world by photography.
